“We oppose any federal, state or local regulation that would diminish a property owner’s right to develop his property.” ADD “providing that the owners right fits within the defined zoning, and does not inhibit or interfere with agriculture practices of adjacent neighbors including ability to spray, farm, move livestock, equipment etc” We currently have the right to farm, however the PRACTICE of farming is challenged when proper transitional spaces are not honored and Idaho Statutes are not adhered to and that has been a huge problem the last four years.
