Biography and Background
I am an Idaho native, born in Nampa. I graduated from Nampa High School and have degrees from NNC (NNU), and BSU. I am a fiscal conservative and believe in protecting our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. I have been, and am currently, involved in a number of service groups, Boards, and commissions. I will work for my District and the State of Idaho.
Top 3 Issues
Lowering taxes – Taxes hit all of us. We need to find an equitable and sustainable solution to lowering property taxes. All other taxes need to be reviewed in the same manner.
Transportation/Infrastructure – Transportation, and the infrastructure that ensures it moves safely and efficiently, is important to Idaho economic development. Everything from safe roads and bridges to public transit options, can be looked at and search for ways to best support them.
Education – Our kids are our greatest resource. Our kids deserve a quality education from day one. I would encourage parents to be involved in the process and the State to help support education at all levels.
