Biography and Background
Bruce Skaug has credentials as a proven conservative as a former Nampa City Councilman and 1st term Representative. He listens to his constituents and solves problems, successfully passing bills into law that limit government bureaucracy and protect freedom. Married to Debbie for 36 years. Six children and six grandchildren.

Issue 1
Homeowner Property Tax Relief and lowering taxes. I will never vote for a tax increase. Less money in government coffers, means more money in the pockets of those who earned the money.
Issue 2
I value all life from conception to the grave. One of my first bills, passed into law, defunded abortion providers. I have a long track record of being pro life and served seven years on the Lifeline Board in Nampa.
Issue 3
Defend small businesses from bureaucracy and taxes. Every small business, including farms, represents a family that creates jobs for others. Idaho small businesses employ 56% of our workforce in Idaho. Each business represents freedom and the good economic future of our state.
