Biography and Background

I was born in Coeur d’Alene, ID and have lived in North Idaho my entire life. I have been married to my wife, Amy, for 16 years and we have 5 children (Bianca, 9; Hadley June, 7; Jet, 5; Jax, 3; and Ruby, 8 months). I was homeschooled and attended North Idaho College in high school as well as played sports at Timberlake High School in Spirit Lake. I attended Whitworth College in Spokane as well as University of Idaho. I began my career in the insurance industry in 2005 and purchased my parent’s insurance agency, Redman & Company Insurance, in 2012 which is now located in CDA. I have been involved in land and real estate development since 2018. We purchased several local pharmacies this last year. We have a passion for community involvement with local non-profits as well as Convoy of Hope with their worldwide ministry. My wife and I love North Idaho and enjoy all the outdoor activities that the area has to offer! We love hiking and hunting on our property in Hayden, boating on Lake Pend o’Reille, and skiing. We are born-again believers in Jesus Christ and strive to be led by the Lord in all areas of our lives. My wife and I are raising our 5 children here and want to see Idaho remain a free, prosperous and conservative state.

Top 3 Issues

Issue 1

Protecting our liberties. I believe in protecting our 1st Amendment right of freedom of speech without censorship. As a parent of homeschooled children I support School Choice and the right of parents to choose the best education option for their family. I oppose vaccine mandates and will fight to keep government out of the way of Idahoans and our businesses. I believe that personal body autonomy is an essential right for personal freedom and needs to be a top priority. Parental rights regarding children’s health and safety is of paramount importance with both the pressure of unwanted medical procedures and the ongoing issues with the Child Protective Services program. I believe in State Sovereignty and feel that the issues of federal debt, overreach and regulations need to be addressed by the State Legislature.

Issue 2

Improving the economy with fiscal responsibility which will enable decreased taxes on individuals and business. The economic policies of the Biden administration have caused historic inflation and sky-rocketing cost of living. I will fight for a balance budget and for surplus to go back into the pockets of Idahoans. I have started and sustained business in North Idaho and know that when Idaho business succeeds, that the Idaho people succeed. I believe the federal control of Idaho’s public lands needs to be addressed by the State Legislature. Idaho State land is managed much better than federal lands, which currently are 63% of the public lands in Idaho, and our schools can receive the monetary benefits from the land as well.

Issue 3

Preserving Idaho’s Conservative values. I am a strong supporter of 2nd Amendment rights and believe that our 2A rights coupled with a strong support of law enforcement lead to a safe and strong community. I am pro-life and will defend the rights of the unborn and the sanctity of life.
