Dear State Central Committee Members,
We are pleased to announce the IDGOP Summer State Central Committee Meeting will be at the beautiful Calvary Chapel Pocatello in Pocatello, Idaho. We are excited for the opportunity to invest in Eastern Idaho’s communities. This picturesque location is a wonderful setting to gather with our state central committee, while enjoying the stunning natural surroundings.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Calvary Chapel Pocatello in Pocatello, Idaho on June 20th and 21st for our 2025 IDGOP State Central Committee Summer Meeting and we thank you for your support and dedication to the Idaho Republican Party.

Summer Meeting Registration
The 2025 IDGOP Summer Meeting is open to all Republican State Central Committee-members. The voting membership of the Republican State Central Committee shall consist of all voting members of the State Executive Committee, County Chairmen, State Committeemen, State Committeewomen, State Youth Committeeperson, and Legislative District Chairmen. A duly elected Vice-Chairman of a Legislative District or County may vote in the absence of the Chairman.
If you will be attending the Executive Committee meeting, Rules, or Resolutions Committee meetings, those will be held in the afternoon on Friday, June 20th. If you plan to attend any of those meetings, please be sure to register for Friday as well as Saturday for the General Session.

Join Chairwoman Dorothy Moon for lunch between sessions on Saturday, June 21.
There are also restaurants throughout Pocatello, and some of the hotel rooms have kitchens if you choose to bring your own food.

If you are unable to attend the Summer Meeting, please complete and return the attached proxy form if you plan to vote by proxy. Please download the proxy form below and submit proxy forms ASAP. We would prefer that all proxies are submitted before June 6, 2025. Submissions can be emailed to [email protected] or via mail at 1619 W Jefferson Street, Boise ID 83702. The rules for proxy voting are detailed on the proxy form.
