Yesterday, a district court judge in the 4th Judicial District dismissed pending litigation filed by the Idaho Republican Party against the Bonneville County Republican Central Committee and several members of the Central Committee in their individual capacities. Former Idaho Republican Party Chair Tom Luna filed the lawsuit a few days before the May 17 primary.
