I’m Thad Butterworth, and I’m running for the CWI Board of Trustees in Zone 4. I’m a Christian, a husband, a father, and a business owner.
As a business owner in a trade related industry, I am highly motivated to make sure that we have a qualified work force.
I believe that CWI has the potential to be a great school. I want to make sure that every student who comes to CWI has the best chance to graduate with a useful education that prepares them for their chosen career.
Top 3 Issues
Issue 1
Cut spending and waste. I want to make sure that the money being spent is going to provide students with the best possible education they can get.
Issue 2
Enable and encourage career ready education. Education options that give students the ability to move right into high paying trades will be a priority for me.
Issue 3
Reduce taxes. When the budgets are efficient and effective we can look at how to bring property tax relief.
